经过上网调查，
原来是操劳过渡，
不够睡眠，导致肺热

鼻子出现病症，一般来说，
与肺和肝等部位出现异常有着很大的关系。
当人的气血上升，特别是肺气较热时，
人就会流鼻血。肺气过热时，人的眼底也会带血或出血。

一般情况下，鼻腔血管破裂性流血并不需要特别治疗。
，既然鼻子出血与肺热有关系，人就应该在饮食，
生活上尽量避免导致肺热的情形发生。要少喝酒，少吃辛辣的食物，
少吃一切可能生热的食物。
相反，可以多吃一些如苦瓜、绿豆汤、西瓜、冷饮等清热降火的食物。
取冬桑叶3克，加上白茅根和麦冬，再适当加一些甘草，用来泡水喝，
可以达到清热降火的目的。
